Yes, always. You remain the page owner and retain admin access throughout the engagement. We work as a manager on your account, not as the owner. If you choose to end the retainer, we remove our access cleanly and hand over all scheduled content files.
How many posts per month are included?
Our standard retainer covers twelve posts per month across your chosen platforms. If you need higher frequency — for a product launch or a seasonal promotion — we can quote an add-on package for that specific period.
Will you create content in Swahili or Sheng?
We write primarily in English, which is the language we produce copy in on this brief. For posts requiring Swahili or code-switched captions, we can collaborate with you on the text — you supply the phrases, we integrate them into the designed post correctly.
How quickly do you respond to urgent posts?
Planned posts are scheduled in advance, but for time-sensitive announcements — a flash sale, an emergency closure — we can publish within four business hours on weekdays if you message us via WhatsApp or email before noon.
