Common Questions Before Getting in Touch
Do you work with businesses outside Eldoret?
Yes. While most of our clients are in Eldoret and the North Rift, we have completed projects for businesses in Kapsabet, Kitale, and Nakuru. All scoping, design review, and handover can be done remotely via email and video call.
What is the minimum budget for a website project?
Our smallest website engagements — a three-page brochure site with basic SEO setup — start at KSh 35,000. More complex sites with e-commerce, booking systems, or custom integrations are quoted individually after scoping.
How do I pay?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer to our Equity Bank account, and cash at the office. A 50% deposit is required before work begins; the balance is due on final delivery before handover of files.
Can you take over a website built by someone else?
Sometimes, yes. We will review the existing code or platform first — at no charge if it takes under 30 minutes — and give you an honest assessment of whether maintenance and improvement is feasible or whether a rebuild is the more cost-effective route.
